Sinclair Walker is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner who helps women lose weight, heal their metabolism, and learn how to listen to their bodies. She is a California girl at heart. Sinclair was born and raised in Riverside, California and then moved to Northern California to study Chemical Engineering at UC Davis.
In 2016 Sinclair embarked on her own health journey by changing her diet, exercise, and stress management habits. She was amazed by how the changes she was making were improving her health. 5 years into her health journey, she decided to leave the corporate world to follow her passion and pursue a career in health full time.
In her personal life, she has seen how chronic internal and external stress can tear the body down and how implementing daily stress management can start to rebuild the body, mind, and soul. Now she spends her days helping Black women rebuild their health by managing stress and learning how to listen and respond to their body’s unique individual needs.
